A full house rewire will include: New Consumer unit (fuse box), all wiring replaced and additional circuits installed if necessary (to meet IEE wiring Regs), Earthing of all pipe work, installation of new socket outlets, light switches and other outlets as necessary, making good all chases, removal all old wiring where possible, testing and certification and liaison with local authority as per requirements of Part ‘P’ of building regulations

Certification
All electrical work undertaken by us will require an electrical test certificate, these will be issued on completion of each job. All work that is classed as ‘Notifiable’ under Part ‘P’ of the Building Regulations will be reported to the relevant local authority by C Woolf Electrical’s Agent (ELECSA)
