A legal requirement under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and is covered in the IEE Code of Practice for ‘In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment’ for places (shops, nurseries, schools, etc) where customers, staff and others may use electrical equipment.
C Woolf Electrical offers a full service, we will set up an equipment register for the customer, test each item and certificate as necessary.

Certification
All electrical work undertaken by us will require an electrical test certificate, these will be issued on completion of each job. All work that is classed as ‘Notifiable’ under Part ‘P’ of the Building Regulations will be reported to the relevant local authority by C Woolf Electrical’s Agent (ELECSA)
